How it works

  1. 01 · Map

    Map where the hours go.

    We sit with the people who do the work and draw how it really flows: every handoff, every copy and paste, every wait. The process on paper is usually a different one.

  2. 02 · Trace

    Trace each leak to its cause.

    A slow step is a symptom. Each one is traced back to why it happens, and the reasoning gets challenged before anything is called an opportunity. In this week, four causes cover all of it.

  3. 03 · Redesign

    Redesign the work, then build the fix.

    Some leaks close with a decision: an owner, one meeting fewer. Others need a tool, like an automation or an assistant that works on your own data. We build those too, and they stay yours.

  4. 04 · Measure

    Count what came back.

    Every change is measured in hours released on the real calendar, then handed over with its documentation, so it keeps working after we leave.

Who is behind Uplifty

Fabio Chavasco.

Twenty years in product, design and growth. He was on eBay Classifieds’ first growth hacking team, led design and research at Personio, ran product-led growth at Viktor.ai, and co-founded Cuponomia.

Uplifty is his own company, in Amsterdam. He still builds the tools himself.
